Isabella Esquivel Ventura

Isabella Esquivel Ventura (she/her) is a public policy expert, specializing in gender equality, human rights and masculinities. She is the founder of the Feminist Policy Institute, a think tank specialized in the analysis and development of feminist policies at all levels.

With over 18 years of experience, she has designed public policies for equality, improved governmental structures, conducted academic research, managed international cooperation projects, and advocated for gender justice before global forums.

She is currently a doctoral researcher at the University of València focusing on feminist foreign policies. She holds a Master in Public Policy and Gender from FLACSO Mexico, a Master in Public Management and Comparative Administration from Science Po Strasbourg, and an international diploma in Public Administration from the National School of Administration / National Institute of Public Service in France.
